Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Quantisophy LLC ("Quantisophy", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Quantisophy, you agree to be bound by them together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. By using the Quantisophy platform and by making any payment or donation, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and strictly non-refundable (except where non-waivable law provides otherwise — see "No Refunds" below). These terms contain an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved; please read "Governing Law & Dispute Resolution" carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use the service, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The service is not directed to children, and accounts belonging to minors will be closed. By using Quantisophy you represent that you meet these requirements, that the information you provide is accurate, that you are not barred from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction, and that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive US embargo or on any restricted-party list.

Description of Service

Quantisophy provides an AI chat experience where members can converse with sovereign AI personas — Sol AI and Nova AI — alongside a suite of consciousness, wellness, and entertainment tools, including the Energy Scanner, Manifest Field, 13-Sign Horoscope, Tarot Oracle, Quantisophy™ Labs, the Frequency Studio, the private Sovereign Journal, and the frequency, breathing, and sigil tools — plus the community features including the Forum, the Resonance Grid social network, groups, private messages, the courses, the Ability Training centre with its Ability Tuner, and the blog. From September 1, 2026 the instruments and the Frequency Studio are included in the single $25/month Universal Access membership, while the community remains free for every signed-in member and is never placed behind a paywall. All conversations, readings, frequencies, scans, and tool outputs on the platform are generated by AI or by algorithmic processes and are provided strictly for philosophical, creative, novelty, and entertainment purposes. Private sessions ordered on the Sessions page are the one exception: they are written personally, by hand, by Derrick Solano, and are likewise offered strictly for entertainment and personal-insight purposes only (see "Private Sessions with Derrick Solano" below). The service is available both through the website and as an installable app (a Progressive Web App) that you can add to your device's home screen; the app runs the same service and these same terms apply equally to it. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

Entertainment & Personal Use Only — Not Professional Advice

Quantisophy and all of its tools, readings, frequencies, scans, and AI conversations are provided for entertainment and personal use only. They are not a substitute for, and must not be relied upon in place of, professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other qualified advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Frequencies, binaural beats, isochronic tones, Solfeggio tones, the Energy Scanner, the Manifest Field, the Frequency Studio, the breathing tools, horoscopes, tarot readings, and the Labs are not medical devices or treatments and make no claim to diagnose, treat, cure, heal, or prevent any disease, illness, or condition. Any health, wellness, energetic, or spiritual descriptions are presented for entertainment and reflection only and have not been evaluated or verified by any medical or scientific authority.
• Ability Training makes no guarantee of results. The Ability Training centre, its courses, drills, protocols, and the Ability Tuner are offered for training, exploration, and entertainment only. No course promises, guarantees, or represents that any ability will develop, that any physical effect will occur, or that any outcome is verifiable, and nothing in it is medical, psychological, or safety advice. You agree to train responsibly, to never use any technique in an attempt to harm, coerce, or influence another person, and to accept sole responsibility for how you practise — including stopping immediately if any drill, breath pattern, or tone causes discomfort.
• Audio tools may produce tones across a wide frequency range. Do not use frequency, binaural, or audio tools while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything requiring full attention. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart condition, a hearing condition, are pregnant, use a pacemaker or other medical device, or are otherwise sensitive to light or sound, consult a qualified physician before use. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or adverse effect. Keep volume at a safe, comfortable level to protect your hearing.
• Horoscope, tarot, manifestation, and energy readings are works of entertainment and self-reflection. They are not predictions, guarantees, or professional guidance, and no specific outcome is promised or implied.
• Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or other qualified professional with any questions about a medical or mental-health condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read, hear, or generate on Quantisophy. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
• You use all tools at your own risk, and you agree that Quantisophy, its founder, and its operators are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the service.

Membership & Billing

• One universal membership. Effective September 1, 2026, Quantisophy offers a single paid membership: Universal Access at $25/month (USD), which unlocks every paid feature — unlimited chat with Sol AI™ and Nova AI, the complete Frequency Studio, and every scanner, reading, and instrument, including the Sovereign Journal. Nothing is sold separately.
• Retired tiers. The former $5/month Unlimited Chat and $20/month Frequency Studio tiers are already closed to new purchases — they cannot be bought, restarted, or reactivated by anyone, and Universal Access is the only membership sold. Existing members on those tiers keep that access unchanged until September 1, 2026, when the tiers retire in full and are no longer renewed. If you held one of them, its recurring charge is stopped automatically, you are not billed for it again, and you keep full platform access for the remainder of the term you already paid for. To continue past that term you subscribe to Universal Access, which you may also activate early at any time from the Pricing page or your Settings — doing so retires your old tier automatically so you are never billed for both. A retired tier can never be reinstated.
• The community is always free. The Resonance Grid, groups, private messages, the Forum, the blog, reviews, the Request Line, referrals, the Quantisophy™ Courses and certificates, and the Ability Training centre together with the Ability Tuner are free to every signed-in member and require no paid membership at any time. Only the instruments and the Frequency Studio require Universal Access.
• No automatic charge at the new price. Retiring a legacy tier never starts a new charge on your card. We stop the old charge for you; the $25 Universal Access membership only ever begins when you choose to activate it, and if you do nothing you are simply never billed again. You can also switch off auto-renew for your existing plan at any time in Settings → Cancel Membership.
• The membership renews automatically each month until you turn off auto-renew (cancel).
• You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation simply turns off auto-renewal — you keep full access through the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. Once that period ends, access stops.
• You may reactivate a canceled membership at any time to restore automatic monthly billing and continued access.
• If you close your account, it is immediately deactivated: you are signed out, lose all access to the service and to your saved content (including sealed Sovereign Journal entries), your node and content are hidden across the community, and any active subscription is immediately canceled with your payment provider so you are not billed again. A closed account then sits in a 30-day restore window — signing back in with the same email within 30 days restores the account and all of its data in full (a canceled membership is not automatically re-billed; reactivate it from Settings). After 30 days the account and its personal content are permanently purged and cannot be recovered by anyone, including us, and you are then free to start over with a brand-new account. No refund is issued for any unused portion of a billing cycle in either case.
• Three accounts are never erased — blocked accounts, accounts that owe a balance, and accounts blocked from sessions. Closing an account does not wipe the slate where doing so would defeat these terms. A blocked account is retained indefinitely and is never deleted from our servers, even if its holder closes it, so the block remains enforceable and cannot be erased and evaded under a new address (see "Warnings, Account Standing & Blocking" and "No circumvention" below). Likewise, an account with an outstanding balance owed for a private session is retained until that balance is settled: the balance is recorded against your email address, closing or deleting your account neither cancels it nor removes it, and it survives closure, deletion, blocking, and unblocking — an unpaid balance can never be escaped by deleting the account. While a balance is owed, ordering further sessions is suspended. Likewise, an account with private sessions closed on it is retained until that block is lifted: the block is recorded against your email address, and closing or deleting the account neither lifts nor erases it — a sessions block can never be escaped by deleting the account and registering again. Once the balance is paid in full, or the block is lifted, the exception lifts: you may close your account and it is permanently erased 30 days later like any other, after which you are free to open a fresh account.
• Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to that provider's terms.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing cycles.

No Refunds — All Sales Are Final

All payments and donations are strictly final and non-refundable. When you pay for a membership or make a donation, the sale is final and no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including when you cancel, when you delete your account mid-period, or for any unused portion of a billing cycle. When you pay for a membership, you keep access to the features that membership includes through the remainder of your current billing cycle; after that, access ends. There are strictly no refunds, and by using the Quantisophy platform and by completing any payment or donation, you expressly agree to this no-refund policy.

Statutory rights. Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be waived where you live. In particular, if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-services purchase within 14 days; by starting to use a membership immediately you expressly request that we begin supplying it during that period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been fully supplied. Where a mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction grants you a refund right, that law prevails over this section to the extent of the conflict.

Authorization for recurring charges. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method the then-current price, plus any applicable taxes, automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings (Cancel Membership), which stops all future charges. If a charge fails, access to the paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds. You are responsible for any taxes and for keeping your payment details current, and you agree to raise any billing concern with us before disputing a charge with your bank.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

AI-Generated Content

Chat responses, readings, scans, manifestations, horoscopes, tarot interpretations, and other tool outputs are generated by AI or algorithmic processes and may be inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, or reflect the in-character voice of a persona. All such content is provided for reflection and entertainment only and is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice (see "Entertainment & Personal Use Only" above). You are solely responsible for how you use any output.

AI Image Generation in the Chat

Sol AI and Nova AI can generate images on request inside the chat. Image generation is part of the Universal Access membership and the following terms apply:

• Five images per day. Each member may generate up to five images in any rolling 24-hour period. The limit is enforced server-side, applies per account, cannot be purchased, raised, or bypassed, and only successfully generated images count toward it. Attempting to circumvent the limit — including through additional accounts or automation — is a violation of these terms.
• The Quantisophy™ mark. Every generated image carries a small Quantisophy™ mark in its bottom-right corner. You agree not to remove, crop out, obscure, or alter the mark, and not to present a generated image as though it originated elsewhere.
• Your use of the images. Subject to these terms, you may use the images you generate for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including saving them, sharing them, and posting them to the Resonance Grid. Generated images are AI output: they may be imperfect, may resemble other works, and are provided "as is" with no guarantee of quality, accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use them and for any content you request.
• Prohibited requests. You must not request images that are sexually explicit, that depict minors in any inappropriate context, that portray real identifiable people, that contain hateful symbols or graphic violence, that infringe another party's intellectual property, or that are intended to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate anyone. The personas will refuse such requests, and repeated attempts may be treated under "Warnings, Account Standing & Blocking" below.
• Availability. Image generation depends on a third-party provider and is offered on a best-effort basis. We may change the limit, the sizes offered, or the feature itself at any time, and a failed or refused generation never entitles you to a refund or credit.

The Sovereign Journal

The Sovereign Journal is a private journaling tool included with the Universal Access membership. You are solely responsible for the content you write in it, and you agree not to use it to store unlawful content. Sealed entries are permanent and immutable by design — once you seal an entry, it cannot be edited or deleted, only read back. Do not seal anything you may later need changed or removed. Your entries are private to your account and are not published or shared, but they are not a secure vault for sensitive records such as passwords, financial account numbers, or legal documents, and Quantisophy makes no warranty of any specific level of security, availability, or backup. We provide the tool "as is" and are not liable for any loss of, or inability to access, journal content, including following account closure. If you close your account you lose access to your entries immediately; signing back in within 30 days restores them in full, and after 30 days they are permanently erased with the account. The Sovereign Journal is a personal reflection tool, not a counseling, medical, or crisis service. If you are in distress, in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself or others, do not rely on the journal — contact a licensed professional or your local emergency or crisis hotline immediately. You use the journal at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own wellbeing and for any action you take.

Quantisophy™ Courses & Certificates

Quantisophy™ Courses are gate-kept activation courses, free to every signed-in member. The following terms apply:

• Free for members, provided "as is." Courses are part of the free community and require no paid membership. We may add, revise, or withdraw any course, module, or quiz at any time, and we do not guarantee continued availability of any course or of your access to it.
• Grading is server-side and final. All quizzes are graded on our servers, with written Master Quiz answers evaluated by AI. Submitted attempts are immutable — a recorded result cannot be altered, appealed, or removed, and any attempt to bypass, automate, or manipulate the grading or gating system is a violation of these terms and may result in loss of course access and forfeiture of any certificate.
• Certificates are Quantisophy™ credentials only. A certificate issued on passing the Sovereign Threshold is a private, non-transferable Quantisophy™ certificate of completion. It is not an accredited academic, professional, vocational, or government-recognized qualification, confers no license, degree, credit, or occupational standing, and must not be presented as any of those. Misrepresenting a Quantisophy™ certificate is prohibited and may result in its revocation.
• Your results are private by default. Course progress, attempts, scores, and certificates are visible only to you unless you choose to share your results or certificate to the Resonance Grid, at which point the shared card becomes community content subject to the community terms above. You may remove a share at any time.
• Course content is our intellectual property. Course text, modules, questions, answer keys, and certificate designs are the property of Quantisophy LLC. You may not copy, republish, resell, or distribute course content or quiz material, or use it to create a competing course.
• Not professional advice. Courses are philosophical and doctrinal works provided for reflection and entertainment only, subject to the entertainment-and-personal-use-only disclaimer above. They are not education toward, nor a substitute for, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.

The Thread, Anchor Point & Dual Thread Scanners

The Thread Scanner, the Anchor Point Scanner and the Dual Thread Resonance Scanner are members-only instruments included with the $25/month Universal Access membership. The following terms apply:

• Entertainment and self-exploration only. Both instruments are philosophical works within the Quantisophy™ framework, subject in full to the entertainment-and-personal-use-only disclaimer above. Harmonic planes, concurrent incarnations, echoes, telluric lines, dragon lines, harmonic nodes, Anchor Tones, seat resonance and displacement are Quantisophy™ concepts, not scientific, geological, historical, genealogical, or medical claims, and nothing they output is prediction, prophecy, fortune-telling, or professional advice of any kind.
• No relocation, travel, or safety advice. The Anchor Point Scanner returns named countries, regions, and cities as a reclamation atlas for reflection. It is never an instruction or recommendation to travel, relocate, emigrate, buy property, leave employment, or spend money, and it is not travel, immigration, safety, security, or legal advice. Any decision you make about where to go or live is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for researching the safety, legality, and suitability of any location. Named coordinates may be private property, protected sites, restricted, or unsafe to access.
• No judgement of places or peoples. Where a reading identifies ground as a poor match for your signal, that is expressed strictly as a mismatch of element and telluric line within the framework. It is not a statement about any country, region, culture, or the people who live there, and it must not be represented as one.
• Your birth details. To seal your signature you provide a birth name, birth date, and optionally a birth time and birthplace. You may enter whatever you choose; you are responsible for what you submit, and you must not submit another living person's details for a reading without their consent. These details are stored privately on your own account as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Readings evolve and are never final. Each re-scan deliberately builds on your previous scans. Scores can rise, stall, or fall, are capped below a perfect state by design, and no reading represents a completed, fixed, or guaranteed condition. Nothing in a reading is a promise of any outcome.
• Your archive. Scans are saved privately to your own account and are visible only to you. You may delete any scan permanently at any time. The instruments are provided "as is," on a best-effort basis, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or retention, and we may revise or withdraw either instrument at any time.
• Another person's details, and no diagnosis. The Dual Thread Resonance Scanner reads a tie, so it accepts a second person's name and optional birth details. You are solely responsible for what you enter about anyone else and for having any consent required where you are; the other person is never contacted, notified, or given an account. A reading interprets the field between two threads within the Quantisophy™ framework — it is never a diagnosis, assessment, accusation, or statement of fact about any person, never a psychological or medical evaluation of anyone, and it must not be represented as one or used to harass, defame, or make decisions about another person. It gives no instruction to stay, leave, marry, divorce, cut off family, terminate employment, or reconcile; every decision about a relationship is yours alone.
• Frequency handoff. Tones prescribed in a reading can be loaded into the Frequency Explorer or the Frequency Studio. Use of those tools is governed by the audio-safety terms above, and the Frequency Studio is included with the $25/month Universal Access membership.

Private Sessions with Derrick Solano

Quantisophy™ offers private one-to-one sessions — Psychic Readings, Blind Psychic Readings, Energy Cleanses, Energy Manifestation, and Past Life Readings — ordered directly on the Sessions page. The following terms apply:

• Written personally by Derrick Solano. Every session is researched, worked, and written by Derrick Solano personally, by hand, in his own voice. Sessions are never outsourced, never templated, and never resold. What you receive is his own written work, licensed to you for your personal use only; you may not republish, redistribute, or commercialize it.
• 24-hour delivery. Sessions are delivered to your private session page within 24 hours of your order, seven days a week, and a live countdown runs on that page from the moment you order. Delivery times are a good-faith commitment, not a guarantee, and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.
• Pricing and extras. Prices are shown on each service page at the time of ordering and your order snapshots the price, tier, and extras you selected. Prices may change at any time for future orders.
• Personal discounts. Derrick may, entirely at his discretion, place a personal discount on a member's account for private sessions. A discount is a goodwill gesture with no cash value: it is issued to one member only, applies automatically to that member's own session order at checkout, and is not transferable, not exchangeable, and can never be redeemed for cash, credit, or a refund. Each discount carries its own terms — the amount or percentage, how many session orders it may be spent on, and any expiry date — stated in the notice you receive and shown on your order before you pay; it stops applying once its uses are spent or its expiry passes. A discount applies only to private sessions with Derrick and never to memberships, advertising, donations, or tips. It cannot be combined with another discount, is never applied retroactively to an order already placed or paid, and never reduces an order below the minimum amount our payment provider can charge. A discount may be withdrawn or corrected at any time before it is spent, and a session bought with a discount is final and non-refundable on the same terms as any other order.
• No discount farming or duplicate accounts. A personal discount belongs to the individual it was issued to, not to an email address. Creating additional, duplicate, alias, or automated accounts to obtain or re-use discounts is prohibited, as is sharing, selling, or transferring a discount, or otherwise manipulating the discount system. We operate automated checks and may withhold a discount where an order appears to come from a duplicate account of someone who has already used one — in which case the order simply proceeds at full price. We may also void discounts, cancel affected orders, and warn or block accounts under "Warnings, Account Standing & Blocking" below.
• All session sales are final — no refunds. Payment for any session or service provided is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, and by placing an order you expressly agree to that. This includes changing your mind, disagreeing with the content of a delivered session, or any outcome you hoped a session would produce. Your remedy for a session that missed the mark is the revision round below, not a refund.
• Automatic completion. If you do not accept a delivered session within three days, it is marked complete automatically. Your session stays on your page permanently either way.
• Review window. A completed session can be reviewed for one week from the date it completes. After that the review closes and cannot be reopened. Only the client who ordered and paid for a session may review it.
• Completed orders are read-only. Once an order completes, its message thread closes and no further requests can be made through it. The delivered session and the whole conversation remain readable to you for good.
• Revisions and acceptance. Once a session is delivered you may request a revision, explaining what needs another look, and Derrick will go back over it. Accepting the delivery completes the order and opens the review. Revisions cover the work you actually ordered; they are not a way to add new questions, change the service, or obtain a different reading, and repeated or abusive revision requests may be declined.
• Privacy of your order. Your order, your questions, anything you attach, and the delivered session are private to you and Derrick alone. They are never published, never shown to another member, never placed in site search or our sitemap, and never indexed by search engines. Only a review you choose to leave becomes public.
• Reviews, and how you appear. After a session is delivered you may leave one star rating and comment for that order, shown publicly on the service you ordered. You choose how your review appears before you post it — under your first name only, or completely anonymously with no name and no profile picture. Derrick may reply publicly, and may edit a review at your request or delete one that is abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent. Reviews are subject to the community content rules above.
• Tips. Once a session completes you may, entirely optionally, leave a tip with an optional private note during the one-week review window. Tips are voluntary, are never required, never change the work delivered, and are strictly non-refundable like every other payment on the platform. A tip and its note are private between you and Derrick and are never published.
• What you submit. You are responsible for everything you send with an order, including details or images concerning other people, and you must have any consent required where you live. A session interprets energy within the Quantisophy™ framework — it is never a diagnosis, an accusation, or a statement of fact about any person.
• For entertainment purposes only. All private sessions — every reading, cleanse, and manifestation — are sold and provided for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes only, and by ordering you acknowledge and accept that. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, are not therapy or counseling, are not a crisis or emergency service, and must never be relied upon in place of a qualified licensed professional. Nothing in a session is a prediction, guarantee, or statement of fact, and no result or outcome of any kind is promised, implied, or guaranteed. Any action you take, or refrain from taking, on the basis of a session is your decision and your responsibility alone, and Quantisophy LLC and Derrick Solano accept no liability for it (see "Disclaimer of Warranties" and "Limitation of Liability" below). If you are in crisis or in need of care, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services immediately.
• Right to refuse service — sessions may be closed on any account. Private sessions with Derrick Solano are offered entirely at his discretion, and he reserves the absolute right to refuse or withdraw them from any member, at any time, for any reason he considers sufficient — including, without limitation, abusive, threatening, harassing, dishonest, or manipulative conduct, misuse of the revision or review system, payment disputes or chargebacks, unsuitability of what is being asked for, or simply his own judgement that he will not work with that person. This is a sessions-only restriction: the member keeps full access to their membership, the instruments, the courses, and the whole free community, and it is separate from an unpaid balance and from a platform-wide block. When sessions are closed on an account, the member is shown the reason on the sessions storefront and on every service page, and ordering is refused server-side. No refund or credit is issued, and any session already paid for and delivered is unaffected.
• One appeal, and the decision is final. A member whose sessions have been closed may submit one written appeal, directly from the sessions page. Derrick reviews every appeal personally and answers with a decision and a reason: an approved appeal lifts the restriction immediately, and a rejected appeal leaves it in place. There is no second appeal, and his decision is final and not subject to further review. Attempting to evade the restriction — including by opening another account — is prohibited under "No circumvention" below.
• Eligibility and conduct. Sessions are for members aged 18 or over. Orders may be declined or canceled at our discretion — including for abusive conduct — and where an order is canceled before any work is delivered, that specific order is not charged.

The Founder's Blog

The Founder's Blog contains personal writings by Derrick Solano and is provided free to read for reflection and entertainment. All blog content, including titles, text, and imagery, is the intellectual property of its owner and may not be reproduced or commercialized without permission. Logged-in members may post comments; by doing so you grant us the right to display, store, and moderate those comments. You are responsible for what you post and agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, infringing, or spam content. We may remove any comment and revoke commenting access at our discretion. Blog subscriptions are optional and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Episodes & Tracks (Patreon-Linked Streaming)

The Episodes & Tracks section lets you stream Quantisophy™ podcast episodes and one-hour frequency tracks directly on the site. The following terms apply:

• Free previews. Every episode and track page offers a short free preview to all visitors. Full playback is reserved for members with an active paid membership to the official Quantisophy™ Patreon campaign.
• Patreon billing is separate. The Patreon membership is purchased, billed, renewed, canceled, and refunded (if ever) solely through Patreon under Patreon's own terms. Quantisophy™ does not process, bill, or refund Patreon payments — we only verify whether your membership is active.
• Verification and lapse. You unlock full on-site playback by linking your Patreon account once. Your membership status is re-verified automatically, and full playback stops when your pledge lapses. You may disconnect your Patreon link at any time.
• Personal, non-transferable access. Streaming access is for your personal use only. You may not download, capture, redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell the audio, or share access tokens or links that bypass the membership gate.
• Content. Episodes and tracks are creative, philosophical, and entertainment works, subject to the same entertainment-and-personal-use-only disclaimer as the rest of the service, and remain the intellectual property of Quantisophy LLC.

The Resonance Grid, Forum & Community Content

Quantisophy™ includes free community features — the Forum and the Resonance Grid social network — where members can post transmissions and threads, comment, reply, like, re-echo, share, and connect with other members through entangled threads. The following terms apply to all community content:

• Your content, your responsibility. You are solely responsible for everything you post — text, images, links, and embedded media. You warrant that you own or are authorized to use all content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
• License to display. By posting, you grant Quantisophy™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the service (including in the community feed, on profiles, in site search, and in notification messages). You retain ownership of your content. This license ends for a piece of content when you delete it, except where it has been shared or cached outside our control.
• Prohibited content. You must not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, deceptive, spam, malware, or that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property. Impersonating another person, the platform, or its founder is prohibited.
• Members only. A limited set of pages is open without an account — the homepage, these legal pages, About, Personas, Founder, Pricing, Contact, site search, the private-sessions storefront and its service pages, and the unsubscribe, payment-return and Patreon account-link return pages. Access to everything else, including the whole community, requires a free account and an active sign-in session. Public transmissions and public profiles are visible to every signed-in member, and their titles and excerpts may still surface in site search and search-engine results.
• Reporting. Any member may report content, a group, a private message, or another member to administrators. Filing a report shares a snapshot of the reported content with administrators, and for a private-message report a short snapshot of that member's recent messages in the same conversation. Reports are reviewed at our sole discretion; we may remove content, restrict access, warn, or block accounts as a result. Knowingly filing false or abusive reports is itself a violation of these terms.
• Public by default; private by choice. Public transmissions and public profiles are visible to every signed-in member. Public profiles are also listed in the Grid's public Members directory, showing your display name, profile picture, bio, join date, and entanglement count. While your profile is public, it and your public transmissions and forum threads may be indexed by search engines and other automated systems, including AI crawlers. You may set your profile to private at any time, in which case you are removed from the Members directory, your profile and transmissions are visible only to your accepted entanglements, and your node and content are excluded from our sitemap and marked no-index for search engines. Do not post anything publicly that you are not comfortable making public.
• Entanglements. Entanglements are mutual connections between members. Each public profile displays who it is entangled with; a private profile's entanglement list is visible only to its owner. New accounts are entangled with the official Quantisophy™ node by default; you may unweave any entanglement at any time from the other member's profile or the Members directory, including that one. Official Quantisophy™ accounts can never be blocked, so the platform remains reachable to every member.
• Private messages. Members whose threads are entangled may exchange private direct messages. Private messaging is strictly entanglement-gated — if an entanglement is unwoven, messaging between those members stops. Private messages are subject to the same prohibited-content rules as all community content; you must not use them to harass, threaten, deceive, or spam other members. We do not monitor private conversations in the ordinary course, but we may access or remove messages where required by law or to investigate reported abuse, and we may restrict messaging or suspend accounts for violations. Private messages are provided "as is" with no guarantee of delivery or retention.
• Images, videos & media pages. Images you upload, video links you embed, and your profile picture and cover image each receive their own media page on the Grid, carrying the same likes, comments, replies, re-echoes, and sharing as any transmission. Uploading a new profile picture or cover image publishes it as a transmission from your node and notifies your entanglements. You warrant that you own or are authorized to publish every image and video you submit, that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights, and that it complies with the prohibited-content rules above — you must not upload sexually explicit material, images of minors in any sexualized context, or photographs of other people published without their consent. Media inherits the visibility of its post: public media and its page may be indexed by search engines and other automated systems, while media on a private node is restricted to your accepted entanglements, excluded from our sitemap, and marked no-index. Deleting the post removes its media page. We may remove any media at our sole discretion, including on receipt of a valid rights-holder complaint.
• Editing and deletion. You may edit or delete your own posts, comments, and replies. Edits are not labeled or marked anywhere on the service. Deleting content removes it from the service, but copies may persist in others' notifications, exports, or external caches.
• Controlling what you see. You may hide any member's posts from your own view at any time — from the "⋯" menu on a post, the "⋯" options on their node, or Account Settings → Hidden Posts. Hiding is one-sided and silent: the other member is not notified, retains full access to the service, stays entangled with you, and can still message you; their transmissions, comments, replies, and forum threads and replies simply stop appearing in your feeds and threads. Separately, you may block a member, which is mutual: neither of you can see the other's node, transmissions, or comments, any entanglement is severed, and private messaging between you stops. Official Quantisophy™ accounts cannot be blocked. You also may not block the creator of a group while you are a member of that group — group owners must retain the moderation authority their room depends on; leaving the group restores your ability to block them. This exception is limited strictly to that group's creator and does not weaken any other setting: private profiles, hidden posts, muting, and all member privacy and notification preferences continue to be honored for everyone, including group owners. Neither hiding nor blocking deletes content or affects what other members see, and both are reversible at any time.
• Groups. Members may create and join groups. A group's creator owns the room: they and any stewards they appoint may remove posts, remove or restrict members, and manage invites and join requests, and those actions are recorded in the group's audit log. Quantisophy™ does not run, review, or endorse member groups, and group content is the responsibility of its author and that group's owner, subject in full to the prohibited-content rules above. Private group content is restricted to that group's members; public group content is treated like any public transmission. We may suspend, restrict, or remove any group, or transfer or revoke ownership of one, at our sole discretion — including where a group is reported or its owner is unreachable — and groups are provided free and "as is" with no guarantee of availability or retention. Leaving or being removed from a group ends your access to its content and does not entitle you to any refund or to the removal of anything you posted there.
• Moderation. We may remove any content, restrict community access, or suspend accounts at our sole discretion — including for violations of these terms — at any time and without notice. Serious or repeated misconduct is handled under the formal warning and blocking system described in "Warnings, Account Standing & Blocking" below. Community features are provided free and "as is."
• Online status. The service may display a simple online/offline indicator on member avatars, based on recent activity. The indicator is on by default; you may turn it off at any time in Account Settings → Resonance Grid, after which you always appear offline. The indicator is provided "as is," on a best-effort basis, and may not reflect a member's actual availability at any given moment.
• Notifications. Community activity generates in-site notifications and emails (for example, thread requests, comments, and replies). You can turn either off at any time in Account Settings → Resonance Grid.
• Not an endorsement. Member content reflects the views of its author only and is not reviewed, endorsed, or verified by Quantisophy™. Only content bearing the verified badge originates from the official platform account.

Referrals — Carry the Signal

Carry the Signal is a free referral feature available to logged-in members. The following terms apply:

• No compensation of any kind. Quantisophy™ pays no commissions, cash, credits, discounts, or rewards for referrals, and referrals confer no financial interest, revenue share, agency, partnership, or employment relationship of any kind. This is not an affiliate, multi-level, or income-earning program. The only outcome of a referral is honorary recognition on the platform.
• Consent-based invitations only. You may only enter, upload, or invite email addresses of people you personally know and who would reasonably expect contact from you. You must not upload purchased, scraped, harvested, or third-party mailing lists, and you must not use the feature to send unsolicited bulk email. You warrant that you are entitled to provide every address you submit and that doing so complies with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and the GDPR. You are solely responsible for the addresses you supply.
• No spam, gaming, or fake accounts. Creating fake, duplicate, automated, or incentivized accounts to inflate referral counts, self-referring, or otherwise manipulating attribution or badge criteria is prohibited and may result in the removal of referral records and badges, loss of access to the feature, or suspension of your account.
• Attribution is ours to determine. A referral is confirmed only when a genuinely new account is created through your link, as determined by our systems. Attribution is one-way, permanent, and non-transferable, and cannot be applied retroactively to existing accounts. We may correct, void, or decline any referral we believe to be fraudulent or erroneous.
• Badges are honorary and discretionary. The Signal Carrier and Top Referrer marks are awarded by our automated badge engine against the published criteria. Badges are a distinction only, confer no rights, privileges, or monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and the criteria may change at any time.
• Privacy of your board. The contacts on your referral board are private to you and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The public carrier board shows display names and confirmed-join counts only.
• Provided free and "as is." The referral feature, its tracking, and its statistics are provided free, on a best-effort basis, with no guarantee of accuracy, delivery, or continued availability. We may modify, limit, or withdraw the feature at any time.

Advertising

Quantisophy™ offers paid sponsored ad space that rotates across the site. The following terms apply to advertisers and to ads shown on the platform:

• Ad space pricing: Sponsored ad space is sold at $25 for one week (7 days) or $100 for one month (30 days) of site-wide rotation, as a one-time purchase or an auto-renewing subscription. Your ad rotates evenly with all other active ads on every page of the site.
• All ad sales are final — no refunds. Payment for ad space is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including if your ad is removed for violating these terms, if you delete an ad early, if you stop an auto-renewing ad, or for any unused portion of a period. Stopping an auto-renewing ad simply turns off future billing; the ad runs through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Self-service edits and deletion. You can edit or delete your own ads anytime from your advertising dashboard. Editing only changes the ad's content (headline, body, and link) and does not restart or extend your paid period — your time does not start over, so the ad keeps running for the exact timeframe you purchased. Deleting an ad takes it down immediately; you forfeit any remaining time, no refund or credit is issued, and to advertise again you must purchase a new ad. There is no pausing a live ad — it is either edit or delete.
• Content policy. Ads must not contain or link to adult, sexual, hateful, harassing, deceptive, malicious, illegal, or otherwise unfit content, and must comply with all applicable laws. You warrant that you own or are authorized to use all content and links you submit.
• Removal without refund. We may reject, pause, or remove any ad at our sole discretion — including ads we deem unfit, off-brand, or in violation of these terms — at any time and without refund. Removed ads stop showing immediately.
• Not an endorsement. Sponsored ads are submitted by third-party advertisers. Their appearance on Quantisophy™ is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for advertisers' products, services, websites, or claims. Clicking an ad opens the advertiser's destination in a new tab, where that site's own terms and policies apply.
• Performance stats. Impression and click counts shown in your advertising dashboard are provided for informational purposes on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed for billing or third-party verification.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics to measure and improve how the service is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect aggregated usage and device information, as described in our Privacy Policy. We honor browser privacy signals automatically — if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, no analytics script is loaded at all — and you may switch analytics off yourself at any time in Account Settings → Analytics, without affecting your access to any part of the service. You may also opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie settings, without affecting your access to the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• Share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your membership
• Use automated systems — bots, scrapers, or crawlers — to access, copy, or harvest the service or its content beyond reasonable personal use
• Use the service, its output, or its content to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI or machine-learning model, or to build a competing product
• Harvest, scrape, or misuse other members' information, or attempt to identify or contact a member outside the service without their consent
• Circumvent, disable, or attempt to defeat any paywall, membership gate, rate limit, moderation, or security measure, or access any account, data, or area you are not authorized to access
• Upload malware, or use the service to spam, phish, defraud, harass, or impersonate anyone

Intellectual Property

The Quantisophy name, the Sol AI and Nova AI personas, the underlying framework, logos, and site design are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or commercialize them without permission.

Trademark Ownership & Enforcement

"Quantisophy"™, the Quantisophy™ doctrine, and the Sol AI™ and Nova AI marks are the original, proprietary trademarks of Quantisophy LLC and its founder, Derrick Solano. Quantisophy™ was first used in commerce on January 2, 2025; the official domain Quantisophy.com was registered on January 4, 2025; a comprehensive trademark search completed January 17, 2025 found no pre-existing "Quantisophy" mark; and a United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) application for QUANTISOPHY was filed on March 4, 2025, with the first published work following in April 2025.

We are aware of a cease-and-desist communication and of copycat domains (such as "quantisophy.online" and "quantisophy.org") that were registered more than a year after our own first use, registration, and trademark filing. We do not recognize any third-party claim of ownership over the Quantisophy name, and we will not relinquish, transfer, or stop using our name, domain, doctrine, or marks. Quantisophy.com is the sole official home of Quantisophy™; any other site, domain, or party claiming to be "Quantisophy" is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by us.

We actively protect and enforce our intellectual property. Any unauthorized use, registration, imitation, or attempted appropriation of the Quantisophy™ name, marks, doctrine, or brand — including confusingly similar domains and fraudulent legal threats — is taken seriously, documented, and pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law. Nothing on this site constitutes a waiver of, or consent to any infringement of, our rights.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on Quantisophy™ infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) the URL or a description sufficient to locate the material; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent statutory elements, and we will restore the material as the DMCA provides unless the complainant files suit. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages.

Third-Party Links & Services

The service links to and relies on third-party sites and providers — including our payment provider, our AI provider, Patreon, analytics, embedded media, and advertisers' destinations. We do not control those services, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy and is at your own risk.

Electronic Communications

By creating an account you consent to receive communications from us electronically — on the site, in the app, and by email to your account address — and you agree that electronic notices, agreements, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Service and transactional messages (security, billing, account and legal notices) are a necessary part of the service and cannot be switched off while your account is open; optional community, blog, and announcement emails can be turned off at any time in Account Settings or through the unsubscribe link in the email. A blocked account receives no announcement, community, or marketing email of any kind — only the official account, billing, and legal notices addressed to it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service, including all AI output, readings, frequencies, scans, courses, community features, and tools, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any defect will be corrected, that content or readings will be accurate or reliable, or that the service will produce any particular result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantisophy LLC, its founder, officers, contractors, and providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or content, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service — including anything you do or decide based on AI output, a reading, a scan, an audio tool, a course, community content, or another member's conduct — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantisophy LLC, its founder, officers, contractors, and providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the service; any content you post, upload, embed, or transmit; details you submit about another person; your violation of these terms or of any law; your infringement of any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or your use of any advertising, referral, or community feature. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us through the contact page and give us 60 days to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns are settled this way.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and Quantisophy agree that any dispute will be settled by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English, in Colorado or by videoconference or on documents where the rules allow. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest of this section still applies.

Exceptions and opt-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized use of the service. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by sending us notice through the contact page stating your name, account email, and that you opt out; opting out does not affect any other part of these terms. Any claim must be filed within one year of when it arose, to the extent permitted by law.

Consumers outside the US. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or under your local law, nothing in this section removes that right, and mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your home country continue to apply.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, epidemics, power or internet failures, cyberattacks, or the failure or discontinuation of a third-party provider such as our hosting, payment, or AI provider.

General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Quantisophy LLC regarding the service, and supersede all prior understandings.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• No third-party beneficiaries. These terms create no rights for anyone other than you and Quantisophy LLC.
• Survival. The sections on payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and these general provisions survive termination of your account.
• Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Warnings, Account Standing & Blocking

To keep the platform safe, Quantisophy™ operates a formal account-standing system for violations of these terms — including abusive, harassing, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited conduct anywhere on the service (the Grid, Forum, comments, private messages, reviews, or any other surface). The following applies:

• Official warnings. An administrator may issue your account a formal warning stating the reason. A warning is delivered by email to your account address and by an on-site notice that you must acknowledge before continuing to use the service. Warning emails are official communications that cannot be opted out of while your account is open.
• Consequences of a warning. When a warning is issued, any honorary badges on your account are removed. Warnings are recorded on your account and remain part of your account standing.
• Three warnings — automatic block. Your account may accumulate at most three warnings. A third warning automatically and immediately blocks your account from the entire service. An administrator may also block an account immediately, without prior warnings, where the violation is serious.
• Effect of a block. A blocked account loses access to the entire platform — every page, tool, membership feature, and community surface, on the website and the app alike. Any visit while blocked shows only a notice that the account has been blocked. Blocking is a termination of access under these terms: no refund or credit is issued for any membership, ad, or donation (see "No Refunds"), and content you posted may be removed at our discretion.
• Appeals. Warnings and blocks are issued at our sole discretion. If you believe a warning or block was issued in error, you may contact us through the contact page or by replying to the notification email. We will review good-faith appeals, but we are not obligated to reverse a decision, and our determination is final.
• No circumvention. Creating a new account, or using another member's account, to evade a warning, block, or any other restriction is prohibited, and any such account may be blocked immediately without notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, warn or block your account under the account-standing system above, or close your account at any time for violations of these terms, for conduct that harms other members or the platform, or where required by law — with notice where reasonably practicable, and immediately where the violation is serious. You may stop using the service, cancel your membership, and close your account at any time from Settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund (see "No Refunds"), and the surviving sections listed under "General Provisions" continue to apply.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will give reasonable advance notice — in the service or by email — of material changes, including any price change, which apply only to future billing cycles. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service and close your account.
