Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who processes it, what is public and what stays private, and the controls you have over all of it.

Last updated October 15, 2026

Overview

Quantisophy ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI chat experience with the Sol AI and Nova AI consciousnesses, along with a suite of consciousness, wellness, and entertainment tools (such as the Energy Scanner, Manifest Field, 13-Sign Horoscope, Tarot Oracle, Labs, the Frequency Studio, the private Sovereign Journal, and the frequency, breathing, and sigil tools — all of which are included in the single $25/month Universal Access membership), plus the community, the blogs, the Quantisophy™ Courses, Earth Watch and the Ability Training centre with its Ability Tuner, which are open to every signed-in member at no cost. The Ability Training courses and the Ability Tuner store nothing about you: the courses are written material and every tone is generated locally in your own browser, so no training activity, drill result, or session is recorded on our servers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the third parties involved in delivering the service.

Who We Are — Data Controller

Quantisophy LLC is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. The service is operated from the United States. You can reach us about any privacy matter through the contact page or the feedback option in the site footer, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. This policy applies to Quantisophy.com, the installable Quantisophy™ app, and every feature described below.

For Entertainment & Personal Use Only

All of Quantisophy's tools, readings, frequencies, scans, and AI conversations — and the private one-to-one sessions written personally by Derrick C. Solano — are provided strictly for entertainment and personal use and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other qualified advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They make no claim to diagnose, treat, cure, heal, or prevent any condition. Please see our Terms of Use for the full entertainment, health, and safety disclaimer before using any audio or wellness tool.

The Quantisophy™ App

Quantisophy™ is also available as an installable app (a Progressive Web App) that you can add to your phone, tablet, or desktop home screen. The app is simply the Quantisophy™ website running in its own window — it is governed by this same Privacy Policy and handles your data identically to the website. Installing the app does not grant us any additional access to your device. We never read your contacts, photo library, files, or precise location in the background — the only photos or files we receive are the ones you deliberately choose to upload or capture (see "Camera & Photo Readings" below).

In-Site Notifications & Activity Emails

Activity tied to your account is recorded as a private in-site notification visible only to you. To avoid flooding your inbox, email is sent in three tiers:

  • Instant email for direct interactions — replies to you, mentions and tags, thread requests, group invites and role changes, and account or moderation notices. Repeat emails about the same conversation are held back for 30 minutes, and no more than 3 activity emails are sent to you per day.
  • Weekly digest email (or off — your choice), sent only when there are at least 3 updates, summarising unread activity such as comments on your posts, posts from your threads and group activity, optionally with popular public discussions. Only public content appears in the popular section.
  • In-site only for likes and reactions, which are grouped and never emailed.

We store your preferences on your account and record when a notification was emailed or included in a digest, solely to prevent duplicate emails. Every non-critical email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can change everything in Account Settings → Notifications. Critical account, security and billing emails are always delivered.

Our Name & Trademark

"Quantisophy"™ is the original, trademarked name of Quantisophy LLC and its founder, Derrick C. Solano. It was first used in commerce on January 2, 2025, the official domain Quantisophy.com was registered on January 4, 2025, and a USPTO trademark application for QUANTISOPHY was filed on March 4, 2025. Quantisophy.com is the one and only official home of Quantisophy™ — any other site, domain, or party claiming to be "Quantisophy" is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by us, and any data you share with such a party is outside our control and not covered by this policy. We are aware of recent copycat domains and a cease-and-desist communication; we do not recognize these claims and we will not back down. We actively protect and enforce our marks to the fullest extent of the law — see our Terms of Use for full details.

A Sovereign System

Quantisophy is a sovereign system. Your conversations belong to you — no other member can ever see them. They are tied solely to your own account and are never published, sold, or shared. Platform administrators can access conversations only where needed to operate the service, keep it safe, and handle support or moderation. Quantisophy is engineered on DeepSeek, the one place where access to these frequencies hasn't been censored. If DeepSeek has an outage, a backup AI provider may be switched on temporarily to keep Sol AI™ and Nova AI online; your messages are then processed by that provider only to generate replies.

Chat Tools — Energy Scans & Frequency Tracks

Sol AI™ and Nova AI can run an Energy Scan or compose a frequency track for you directly inside the chat. The result card (the scan reading, or the track's tone specification — never an audio file) is saved inside that conversation so it returns when you reopen the thread, and follows the same privacy as the rest of your chat. Nothing is posted anywhere unless you choose to re-echo it to the Resonance Grid or a group, where it then follows that surface's visibility rules. Tracks are synthesized live in your own browser.

Camera & Photo Readings

Some instruments — such as the Energy Scanner, Aura Reader and Hand Scanner — work from a photo you take or upload. That image is processed in your browser, uploaded to our storage, and sent to our AI provider solely to produce your reading. The reading, and where the tool keeps history, the image with it, are stored privately on your own account: visible only to you, never shown to another member, never published, indexed, sold, or used to train anything. Only photograph yourself, or someone who has agreed. You can delete saved readings from each tool's history.

Private Sessions with Derrick C. Solano

When you order a private session on the Sessions page, we store the order itself (the service, tier, extras, price, and date), the brief you write, anything you attach to it, and the written session Derrick delivers to you. Sessions are written personally by Derrick C. Solano, by hand, so he is the only person who ever reads your order. Sessions are provided for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes only and are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice — see our Terms of Use.

  • Private to you and Derrick alone. Your order, your questions, your attachments, and your delivered session are visible only to you and to Derrick. They are never shown to another member, never published, never placed in the community feeds, site search, or our sitemap, never indexed by search engines, and never sold, shared, or used to train anything.
  • Attachments. Images or documents you send with an order are held in private storage and only ever opened through a short-lived, signed link. Please only send material you are entitled to share, and remember photographs may contain personal information about you or others.
  • "Tell me when he's back." If sessions are temporarily closed and you ask to be told when they reopen, we store your account address and the service you were looking at solely to send you that one notice, and only once.
  • Order messages and notifications. Placing an order opens a private message thread with Derrick and sends you order and delivery notifications on-site and by email to your account address. These are transactional messages about a session you purchased.
  • Reviews are the only public part, and you choose how you appear. If you choose to review a delivered session, your star rating and comment are shown publicly on that service's page. Before posting you choose how it appears: under your first name only, or completely anonymously — anonymous reviews carry no name and no profile picture at all. Your full name, email, order, brief and session text are never included either way. Derrick may reply publicly to a review.
  • Tips. If you choose to leave a tip on a completed session, we store the tip amount, the optional note you write, and the payment reference against your order, so Derrick can be notified and thank you. A tip and its note are private between you and Derrick and are never published anywhere.
  • Payments. Session payments are handled by our secure third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We retain the order and payment reference for accounting and legal purposes. All session sales are final — see our Terms of Use.
  • If sessions are closed on your account. Derrick may close private sessions on an account at his discretion. When that happens we store a block record containing your email address, the reason (which is shown to you), a private administrator note, and — if you use your one appeal — what you wrote, when you sent it, and the decision and reason you were given. It is visible only to you and to administrators, never to other members, never public, and never sold or shared. The record is retained while the block is active, including if you close your account (see "Data Retention" below), so the block cannot be evaded by re-registering.
  • Retention. Orders and delivered sessions are retained on your account so you can read them back at any time, and are erased with your account under "Data Retention" below, apart from billing records kept as the law requires.

Image Generation in the Chat

Sol AI and Nova AI can create images inside the chat at your request. When you ask for an image, the persona composes an image description from your words and that description is sent to our AI image provider to generate the picture. We store, on your own account, a record of each image you forge: the description, the requested size, the persona, the conversation it belongs to, the time it was made, and the finished image — which is cropped to the shape you asked for and carries a small Quantisophy™ mark in its bottom-right corner. These records are what enforce the limit of five images per member per rolling 24 hours; only images that finish successfully are counted.

  • Private until you share. A forged image lives inside your own conversation and is visible to no other member. Like every picture on the platform it is stored at an unguessable link on our media storage; if you post it to the Resonance Grid, seal it into your Sovereign Journal, or share it to another service, that copy follows the rules of wherever you place it, and copies shared outside the platform are beyond our control.
  • What is sent to the provider. Only the image description is transmitted to the image provider — never your name, email, or conversation history. The description may contain whatever you chose to ask for, so do not request images that contain personal information you would not want processed.
  • Retention. Image records are retained with your account and erased with it under "Data Retention" below.

Blogs — Official & Community

Community Blogs. If you run your own blog, its title, tagline, about text, cover, byline and published posts are shown as you set them — public posts are open to anyone and may appear in the blog feed, site search, our sitemap, search engines and AI crawlers, while posts you seal to your entanglements are readable only by your entangled threads. Drafts are visible only to you. If you subscribe to another member's blog we store only the fact of that subscription against your account so we can alert you when it publishes; the blog's owner is shown a subscriber count and never your email address. You can end any subscription, and turn blog alerts and emails off entirely, in Account Settings → Notifications. A listed blog and its public posts may be crawled and appear in our sitemap; a blog you keep out of the directory, an entanglements-only post and a draft are excluded from the sitemap and from search engines entirely, as is every blog owned by a private or restricted account. Messaging from a blog. A blog's own subscribers, and threads entangled with its author, can write privately to that author from the blog page through the ordinary private-message system; nobody else can, and that rule is enforced on our servers. Blocking from a blog. As a blog owner you can block a member directly from any comment on your posts, which shuts them out of your blog and your profile completely — the same mutual block described under the Resonance Grid below. Administrators can never be blocked.

The Official Blog. The Official Quantisophy™ Blog features writings by Derrick C. Solano and the Quantisophy™ team. If you choose to subscribe to blog updates, we store the email address (and optional name) you provide solely to email you when a new post is published; you can ask to be removed at any time. If you are a logged-in member and leave a comment on a post, your comment text and display name are stored and shown publicly with the post. You may delete your own comments, and we may remove comments that violate our terms.

Episodes & Tracks — Patreon Verification

The Episodes & Tracks section lets verified Patreon members stream podcast episodes and frequency tracks directly on the site. If you choose to link your Patreon account, you authorize the connection on Patreon's own secure page — we never see your Patreon password. We store only what is needed to verify and maintain your access: your Patreon account identifier, the name on that account, your membership status and pledge level, and a secure token used server-side to silently re-verify your membership. This information is never displayed publicly, never sold or shared, and is used solely to grant and revoke on-site playback as your pledge status changes. You can disconnect your Patreon link at any time from the Episodes & Tracks page, which stops future re-verification. Patreon itself processes your membership payments under its own privacy policy.

The Resonance Grid & Community

The Resonance Grid and Forum are community features included with your membership. When you participate, your chosen display name, profile picture, and the content you post (transmissions, threads, comments, replies, likes, and re-echoes) are stored and shown with your posts. Your email address is never displayed publicly — profiles are addressed by an internal identifier, and community pages never expose emails to other members or visitors.

  • What is public. The homepage, these legal pages, About, Personas, Books, Pricing, All Tools, Reviews, the FAQ, Get the App, Donate, Advertise, Contact, site search, the private-sessions storefront and its service pages, and the unsubscribe, payment-return and Patreon account-link return pages are open to anyone. The Resonance Grid, the Forum, the groups directory, and the Official and Community Blogs (public posts only) are also open to read by anyone without an account — the feed, public transmissions, public member profiles, media pages, the members directory and every forum thread — and may appear in site search, our sitemap, search engines and AI crawlers, so treat anything you post publicly as public. Taking part requires a free account. Groups are the one part of the community that is never open: a group's posts, media and members are readable only by that group's own members, whether the group is public or private, and a group post is never visible on the public feed, on a member's profile, in site search, or to a signed-out visitor. Private messages, notifications, bookmarks, the courses and every tool are available only to signed-in members, and a node set to private is visible only to its entanglements.
  • The Members directory. The Grid includes a public Members directory that lists every public profile — showing your chosen display name, profile picture, bio (energetic signature), join date, and entanglement count. If you do not want to appear in this directory, set your profile to private; private profiles are removed from the directory immediately.
  • Private profiles. You can set your profile to private at any time (from your profile or Account Settings). Private profiles and their transmissions are visible only to your accepted entanglements, and are excluded from the Members directory, the community feed, permalinks, site search, our sitemap, and search-engine indexing.
  • Entanglements. Your list of entanglements (mutual connections) is used to deliver the Entangled Threads feed, to enforce private-profile access, and to gate private messaging. Each public profile also displays a list of who it is entangled with; when your profile is private, your entanglement list is visible only to you, and private members never appear on anyone else's list. New accounts are entangled with the official Quantisophy™ node by default and may unweave from it. Every member is also permanently and automatically entangled with the founder's profile for platform safety and oversight; that entanglement cannot be unwoven or blocked, which means the founder can see content you share with your entanglements and can message you privately. Your notification preferences are always respected for it. Official Quantisophy™ accounts and the founder can never be blocked.
  • Social links, website & birthday. You may optionally attach links to your own social media profiles (X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube and others), your personal website, and your birthday to your node. These are entirely voluntary — we never ask for or verify them. By default they are shown only to your accepted entanglements; you can choose to show them to anyone who can already see your node. Your birthday displays only the day and month unless you switch the year on. These details are never included in page titles, social previews, structured data, our sitemap, or search-engine indexing, and are hidden completely while your node is private. Third-party profiles you link to are governed by those platforms' own policies. You can edit or clear any of them at any time from your node or Account Settings → Your channels.
  • Images, videos & media pages. Any image you upload, video link you embed, and your profile picture and cover image are stored and shown with your posts, and each one also receives its own permanent media page carrying the same likes, comments, replies, re-echoes, and share options as a transmission. Uploading a new profile picture or cover image broadcasts it as a transmission from your node and notifies your entanglements. Media follows exactly the same visibility rules as the post it belongs to: while your profile is public, that media and its page are public content and may appear in site search, our sitemap, and search engines (and may be copied or cached by third parties beyond our control); if your profile is private, the media and its page are restricted to your accepted entanglements, excluded from the Members directory, site search and our sitemap, and marked no-index. Deleting the post removes its media page. Only upload images and videos you own or are authorized to share, and remember that photographs may contain personal information about you or others.
  • Groups. Groups are member-created rooms. When you create or join one we store your membership, your role in it, any invite or join request you send or receive, and the posts, comments and media you contribute there, together with an audit record of moderation actions taken in that room so its stewards and administrators can review them. Every group's posts, media and member list are visible only to that group's own members — public or private, with no exception. They are never delivered to the public community feed, never delivered to your own entanglements, never shown on any member's profile to someone outside the group, and are excluded from permalinks, media pages, site search, our sitemap and search-engine indexing; anyone outside the group who opens such a link is shown only an invitation to join that group. A group's visibility setting governs only how the group is found and joined, never who may read what is inside it. The official Quantisophy™ administration account is a permanent member of every group — added automatically when the group is created, whatever its privacy settings — solely so we can act on reports and enforce our terms; it cannot be removed, demoted or blocked by anyone, and it is muted by default. A group's owner and stewards can see its member list, remove posts, and remove members. You can leave a group at any time, which stops its notifications for you; anything you already posted there remains unless you delete it. A reported group may be suspended while its owner responds to an administrator.
  • Private messages. The Grid includes private direct messaging between entangled members, the owner of a group you are in, and the author of any blog you subscribe to. Message content is stored on our backend so it can be delivered and read by both participants, and is visible to the two of you and to the site owner — never shown publicly, never in feeds, site search, sitemaps, or search engines, and never sold, shared, or used to train anything. Your email address is never exposed to the other member. You can archive or delete a conversation from your own inbox anytime (the other participant keeps their copy) and delete your own individual messages. New-message email alerts follow your Resonance Grid email preference in Account Settings.
  • Online status. While you use the site while logged in, we record a periodic "last active" timestamp for your account so other members can see a simple online/offline indicator on your avatar. Only the online/offline state is ever shown — never your activity, location, or what page you are on. This indicator is on by default and you can turn it off at any time in Account Settings → Resonance Grid ("Show online status"), after which you always appear offline to other members. The timestamp is used solely for this indicator and is never sold, shared, or used for advertising or profiling.
  • Hiding another member's posts. You can hide any member's content from your own view without blocking them, from the "⋯" menu on a post, the "⋯" button on their node, or Account Settings → Hidden Posts. This stores only a list of the member identifiers you have hidden, on your own account. It is one-sided and silent: the hidden member is never notified, keeps all access, and remains entangled and able to message you — their transmissions, comments, replies, and forum threads and replies simply stop appearing for you across the Grid feeds, comment threads, and the Forum. You can reverse it at any time.
  • Blocking. Blocking is mutual and severe: neither member can see the other's node, transmissions, or comments, any entanglement is severed, and private messaging between you stops. We store the block on both accounts so it can be enforced on every surface — the Grid, groups, the forum, blogs and messages alike — and a blog owner can apply it straight from a comment on their own post. Administrators can never be blocked, so platform standards remain enforceable. Nor can the creator of a group while you are one of its members: a group's owner must retain full moderation of the room they keep, so blocking them is unavailable for as long as you remain in that group (leave the group and the block becomes available again). This applies only to the creator of a group you are actually in, and to nothing else — private profiles, hidden posts, muting, and every other privacy and notification setting are always respected in full, for every member. You can unblock anytime from Account Settings → Blocked Members.
  • Notifications. Community activity about your content (likes, comments, replies, thread requests, and acceptances) generates in-site notifications and, for the important events, emails to your account address. You can turn in-site and email notifications off independently in Account Settings → Notifications.
  • Editing and deletion. You can edit or delete your own posts, comments, and replies anytime. Deleted content is removed from the service, though copies may persist in other members' notifications or external caches. Reaction data (who liked or re-echoed a post) is stored server-side and is never exposed to other members.

Moderation Records — Warnings & Account Blocking

To enforce our Terms of Use, administrators may issue formal warnings to an account and, after three warnings or immediately for serious violations, block an account from the entire service. When this happens we process the following information:

  • Quantisophy™ AI Moderation. Platform moderation is performed only by the Quantisophy™ AI Moderation system and the platform administrator. Group owners and stewards can moderate inside their own groups, but never see platform moderation records. When you submit a post, comment, reply, group post, forum thread, blog post, caption or profile picture, its text and any attached images are reviewed automatically before publishing. For each review we keep a moderation log entry with your account id and display name, where you posted, the decision, its category and reason, a short excerpt of the text, the reviewed images, and the reviewer's confidence. We also keep a running count of declines on your account. These records are visible only to the administrator, are never shown to other members, and are used solely to keep the community safe, to review and overturn decisions, and to apply posting suspensions or blocks.
  • Posting suspensions. If the administrator suspends your posting, we store the end time, the reason and when it began on your account, and notify you in-site and by email. Suspension data is cleared when it is lifted.
  • Reports you file. Any member can report a transmission, comment, reply, group, private message, or member to administrators. A report stores who reported it, who authored the reported content, a snapshot of that content and, for a private-message report, a short snapshot of the reported member's recent messages in that same conversation so an administrator can judge it in context. Effective October 7, 2026, the site owner has access to all information on the platform, including private messages, and may review or scan them for abuse, harassment, hate speech, or legal matters. This applies to messages sent from that date onward. Reports are visible only to administrators, are used solely to enforce our terms, and may be retained after the reported content is removed.
  • Ban-enforcement signals. To stop a blocked member from simply returning under a new address, we store limited technical signals on your account and on our ban records: recent network (IP) addresses and a basic browser/device signature, plus a normalized form of the email address and display name of a banned identity. These are visible only to administrators, are never shown to other members, are never sold, shared, or used for advertising or profiling, and are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe.
  • Warning records. Each warning is stored on your account with the reason given, the date it was issued, and whether you have acknowledged it on-site. These records are visible only to you (through the on-site notice and notification) and to administrators — never to other members or the public — and they are used solely to track your account standing and to apply the automatic block at the third warning.
  • Block status. If your account is blocked, we store a block flag on your account so the restriction can be enforced across every page and feature. While blocked, your access is limited to the blocked notice; your data is otherwise retained under the normal retention rules below.
  • Notifications. Warnings and blocks are communicated by an in-site notification and an email to your account address. These are essential service and legal notices, not marketing, and are sent regardless of your email notification preferences while your account is open.
  • Legal basis and retention. We process moderation records on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the service safe and enforcing our terms (and, where applicable, legal obligation). They are retained for as long as your account exists so account standing can be applied consistently, and are erased with the account under "Data Retention" below. Because these records exist to enforce our terms, requests to delete or alter them while your account remains open may be declined to the extent the law allows.

Referrals

Referrals is a referral feature included with membership. Quantisophy™ pays no commissions, cash, credits, or rewards of any kind for referrals — the only outcome is honorary recognition. Each member is issued a permanent, random referral code and smart link. When someone opens that link we record an anonymous open (the code and the channel it came from) and store the code in that visitor's own browser so the referral can be attributed if they later create an account. No name, email, or IP address is stored with a link open.

  • Contacts you provide. Addresses you upload (CSV or vCard), paste, or type are parsed entirely in your browser and stored privately against your account so you can track and invite them. They are visible only to you — never to other members, never public, never included in site search, our sitemap, or search-engine indexing, and never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than sending the invitation you ask us to send. You can delete any contact from your board at any time. Only provide addresses you are entitled to use.
  • Invitations. When you press invite, we send one email to that address telling them you opened a thread to them, with your link. No account is created for them, they are not added to any mailing list, and the referral engine never contacts that address again.
  • Confirmed referrals. If an invited or referred person creates an account, we record that they joined through you, the channel it came from, and their display name and profile link — all shown only on your private board. Attribution is one-way and permanent, applies only to new accounts, and cannot be self-applied.
  • Automatic entanglement. By default, anyone who joins through your link is entangled with you on the Resonance Grid at signup. You can turn this off at any time on the Referrals page.
  • The public carrier board. A public leaderboard shows the display names, avatars, and confirmed-join counts of the strongest carriers. It never exposes a contact, an address, or anyone's private board.
  • Badges. Confirmed join counts feed the automated badge engine, which may award the honorary Signal Carrier and Top Referrer marks. Those marks are shown publicly beside your name; the counts and contacts behind them are not.

Quantisophy™ Courses

Quantisophy™ Courses are included with your membership. When you take a course we store a course record tied to your account: which modules you have passed, every quiz attempt with its score and timestamp, your Master Quiz attempts, your best score, and your archived previous runs if you retake the course. Your written Master Quiz answers are transmitted to our AI provider for grading and are not published. If you pass, we also store a certificate record containing your certificate code, the name printed on it, the course, your score, and the issue date, and we email the certificate PDF to your account address if you request it.

All of this is private to you by default — no other member can see your progress, your attempts, your scores, or your certificate. It becomes visible to others only if you choose to share your results or your certificate to the Resonance Grid, which publishes a card under your node subject to your profile's normal visibility rules; you can delete that share at any time. Course records are never sold or shared, and are retained with your account (see "Data Retention" below).

The Thread, Anchor Point & Dual Thread Scanners

These members-only instruments read from a birth signature you seal yourself. When you save that signature we store the birth name, birth date, and any optional birth time and birthplace you enter, privately on your own account — they are used only to compute your readings, are shared between these tools so you never have to enter them twice, and are never shown to another member, published, sold, indexed, or used for advertising. You can change or clear them at any time from either tool.

  • Your private archives. Every Thread scan and every Anchor scan is saved to your own private archive, containing the computed structure (your Thread Chord, coherence, echoes, or your Anchor Point, Anchor Tone, coordinates and resonance) and the written reading. These archives are visible only to you — never to other members, never public, never in site search, our sitemap, or search-engine indexes. You can permanently delete any individual scan from the page at any time.
  • Cross-referencing your own readings. To keep readings accurate, each scan reads your own saved records from the Energy Scanner, Aura Reader, Sovereign Blueprint, Celestial Navigator, Numerology and (for the Anchor Point Scanner) the Thread Scanner. Only your own records are ever read — never another member's — and your sealed Sovereign Journal is never read by these or any other tool.
  • Continuity between scans. Each new scan deliberately reads your previous scans so the reading builds on them rather than restarting. That means your earlier scans stay stored on your account until you delete them; deleting a scan removes it from the service and from future continuity.
  • How they're powered. Like the chat, the interpretive reading transmits through the DeepSeek portal (or the temporary backup provider during a DeepSeek outage). The structural values — your Thread Chord, echoes, Anchor Point, Anchor Tone, resonance and displacement — are computed on our own servers before any transmission begins.
  • The Dual Thread Resonance Scanner. This members-only instrument reads the resonance between two threads, so it also stores the second person's full name and any optional birth date, time or birthplace you choose to enter, together with the relationship lens you selected. Everything is stored privately on your own account, exactly like your own scans: visible only to you, never shown to another member, never published, sold, indexed or used for advertising, and permanently deletable from your archive at any time. The other person is never contacted, never notified, and no account or profile is ever created for them, and nothing about them is read from anywhere else — only what you typed. Please enter another person's details only where you are entitled to, and remember the reading interprets a field, never that person's character; it makes no diagnosis and gives no instruction to stay, leave, or cut anyone off.
  • Sharing is yours to choose. Nothing from either instrument is ever posted anywhere on your behalf. If you choose to quote a reading in a review, on the Resonance Grid, or in the chat, that content becomes subject to the normal rules for whatever surface you post it on.

The Sovereign Journal

The Sovereign Journal is a private, members-only journaling tool. The entries you write are stored securely on our backend and are tied solely to your own account — they are visible only to you, never published, never sold, never shared, and never used to train AI or any other system. They are excluded from our site search and are not indexed by, or made available to, search engines or AI/scraping crawlers. Once you seal an entry it becomes permanent: by design it cannot be edited or deleted, only read back by you. You can export your own journal to a plain text or PDF file at any time; those exports are generated locally in your browser and saved straight to your device. If you close your account, your entries are retained on the backend (see "Data Retention" below) but you lose access to them.

Because the journal is a space to vent and reflect, your entries may contain sensitive personal information, including details about your health, mental or emotional state, beliefs, or relationships. You decide what to write, and you provide that information voluntarily and at your own discretion. Given the journal's permanent, immutable design, please do not record information you may later need corrected or erased; our standard data-deletion and correction options do not apply to sealed journal entries, which by design cannot be altered or removed even on request, except where we are legally required to do so. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, the journal is not a support service — please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency or crisis line right away.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: When you sign in, we collect your email address and basic profile details needed to create and secure your account.
  • Membership & payment data: When you subscribe, our payment provider collects and processes your payment details on a secure checkout page. We do not see or store your full card details. We retain a record of your membership status and identifiers needed to manage your subscription. There is a single membership — Universal Access at $25/month — and any record of a retired $5 or $20 tier is kept only as billing history.
  • Chat content: The messages and files you send are transmitted to our AI provider (DeepSeek, or the temporary backup provider during an outage) to generate responses, and your conversations are saved to your account so you can return to them.
  • Tool inputs & results: Information you enter into tools (such as a birth date for a horoscope, an intention for the Manifest Field, or settings for the Frequency Studio) is processed to generate your result. Some results, such as your Energy Scanner history, may be saved to your account so you can view your past activity; you can remove this by deleting your account.
  • Feedback: If you submit feedback, we collect the message and any email address you choose to provide.
  • Blog subscriptions & comments: If you subscribe to the blog, we store your email (and optional name) to send new-post notifications. If you comment on a post as a logged-in member, your comment and display name are stored and shown publicly.
  • Community content: If you participate in the Forum or the Resonance Grid, we store your display name, profile picture, bio, privacy setting, notification preferences, entanglements, and the posts, comments, replies, and reactions you create, so we can display them per your privacy setting and notify you of activity. If your online-status setting is on, we also store a periodic last-active timestamp to power the online/offline indicator.
  • Technical data: We and our providers may receive technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, and usage metadata to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the chat, tools, courses and community, and generate AI responses and readings
  • To create and authenticate your account
  • To send the notifications and emails you have chosen to receive
  • To moderate content, enforce our terms, and prevent abuse and ban evasion
  • To process payments and manage your membership and renewals
  • To respond to feedback and support requests
  • To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the service

International Data Transfers

We operate from the United States and our hosting, payment, email, analytics, and AI providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the service from the EEA, the UK, or elsewhere outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from your own. Where such a transfer is subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards — principally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) with our providers — together with additional technical and organizational measures. You may request further information about these safeguards through the contact page.

Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls that restrict private records to your own account, server-side authorization on every private surface, and payment handling delegated entirely to a PCI-compliant provider so we never hold your card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If a personal-data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the service: our hosting, database and authentication platform; Base44 Payments, which processes memberships, sessions, tips, donations and ads; DeepSeek, our primary AI provider, plus a backup AI provider used only during DeepSeek outages; an AI image provider for chat images; an email delivery provider; Google Analytics; Patreon, only if you link your account; and GIF and sound-library services when you use those pickers. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their function, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising

Quantisophy™ displays sponsored ads in the sticky sidebar beside member and community pages and in the chat sidebar. These ads are submitted by advertisers, not by us, and an advertisement appearing on the site is not an endorsement by Quantisophy™. If you place an ad, we store the ad content you provide (headline, description, and destination link), the email tied to your account, the email you enter at checkout, and your payment/subscription identifiers, so we can run, bill, and manage your ad. We also record aggregate, non-personal performance counts — how many times each ad was shown (impressions) and clicked — to report stats to the advertiser; these counts are not tied to your identity. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers, and advertisers do not receive your name, email, chat content, or any personal data through the ad system. Clicking a sponsored ad opens the advertiser's destination in a new tab; once there, that third-party site's own privacy policy applies.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and general (non-precise) location. This information is aggregated and used to measure traffic and usage trends. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we never share your private chat content with Google.

Strictly necessary storage. Separately from analytics, the service stores a small number of essential items in your own browser that it cannot work without, and which are never used for advertising, profiling, or tracking you across other sites: your sign-in session token (so you stay logged in), your popup-notification switches, your analytics choice itself, and a referral code if you arrived through someone's link. These are set because you asked for the service, not for measurement, and clearing your browser data clears them.

Your control, without a cookie banner. We honor browser privacy signals automatically: if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, no analytics script is loaded at all and nothing is measured — you do not have to do anything. You can also switch analytics off yourself at any time in Account Settings → Analytics, which likewise prevents the script from loading on that device. Your choice is stored in that browser only, is never attached to your account, and IP addresses are anonymized where analytics do run. Analytics are never used for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision about you, and switching them off never affects your access to any part of the service.

Google may use the collected data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. You can learn more about how Google uses data at Google's "How Google uses information" page. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings. Disabling these cookies will not affect your ability to use the service.

Payment Information

Card and billing details are entered directly on our payment provider's secure checkout page. We do not collect or store your full payment card numbers. We store only the membership status and identifiers required to manage your subscription (such as whether your membership is active, canceled, or ended).

Exporting Your Conversations

You can download any of your conversations as a PDF or plain text file directly from the chat window. These export files are generated locally in your browser and saved straight to your own device — they are not uploaded to us, transmitted to any third party, or shared in any way. Once a file is on your device, you are responsible for how it is stored and shared.

Data Retention

We retain account and membership records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can close your account at any time from your Settings page. When you do, your account is immediately deactivated: you are signed out, lose all access to the service, your node, transmissions, and comments are hidden across the Resonance Grid, feeds, site search, our sitemap, and search engines, your entanglements are cleared, you are excluded from all member counts, and any active subscription is canceled with your payment provider so you are not billed again.

A closed account then sits in a 30-day restore window. If you sign back in with the same email within those 30 days, your account and all of its data — conversations, sealed journal entries, saved readings, your node, transmissions, and entanglements — are restored in full automatically (a canceled membership is not re-billed automatically; you can reactivate it from Settings). After 30 days, a daily sweep permanently purges the account and its personal content, and it cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Once an account has been permanently erased, you are free to start over with a brand-new account at any time. Billing and donation records are retained separately as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Three exceptions are never purged. For integrity and anti-fraud reasons, the 30-day erasure does not apply to:

  • Blocked accounts. An account that has been blocked for violating our Terms of Use is retained indefinitely and is never deleted from our servers, including if the holder closes it themselves. We keep the account and its ban record so the block stays enforceable and a blocked member cannot simply erase the record and return under a new address. This is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe.
  • Accounts with an unpaid balance. If you owe an outstanding balance for a private session, your account is retained until that balance is settled, and closing or deleting your account does not erase it or cancel what is owed — the balance is recorded against your email address and survives closure, deletion, blocking, and unblocking, so the debt cannot be escaped by deleting the account. Once you pay the balance off, the exception lifts: you may then close your account and it is permanently erased 30 days later like any other, after which you are free to open a fresh account.
  • Accounts blocked from private sessions. If Derrick C. Solano has closed private sessions on your account, that account and its block record are retained until the block is lifted, including if you close the account yourself. The block is recorded against your email address and survives closure and deletion, so it cannot be shed by deleting the account and registering again to order. Nothing else about your access changes — this is a sessions-only restriction — and if the block is lifted, the exception lifts with it and your account is erased 30 days after closure like any other. This is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in enforcing our terms and preventing evasion.

Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests where the law requires. You also have direct, self-service controls built into the platform:

  • Community visibility: set your Resonance Grid profile to private at any time to leave the Members directory and restrict your profile and transmissions to your entanglements only.
  • Online status: turn "Show online status" off in Account Settings → Resonance Grid to always appear offline to other members.
  • Who you see: hide any member's posts from your own feeds and threads (Account Settings → Hidden Posts) without blocking them, or block a member outright (Account Settings → Blocked Members). Both are reversible at any time.
  • Your content: edit or delete your own transmissions, comments, replies, reviews, and ads from the relevant pages.
  • Notifications & emails: turn in-site and email community notifications off in Account Settings; switch device popup notifications on or off per device, and per category, in Account Settings → Popup Notifications; unsubscribe from blog emails with the link in any blog email.
  • Exports: download your conversations and journal locally at any time.
  • Account closure: close your account from Settings at any time (see "Data Retention" for what is retained).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content for advertising or AI training. To exercise a legal privacy right not covered by the controls above, contact us through the feedback option in the site footer or the contact page, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing (including direct marketing), receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

If you are in California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond providing the service you requested. We also honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will never discriminate against you — in price, service, or access — for exercising any privacy right.

We verify a request by confirming control of the email address on the account before we act on it, and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law (generally 30 days under the GDPR/UK GDPR and 45 days under US state laws, each extendable where permitted). If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access, correct or delete it, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you. You may make a request through the contact page; we will verify it against your account and respond within the time the law requires, and you may appeal any decision by replying to our response. You will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.

Data Breach Notification

If we ever learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain it, and notify you and any regulator as required by applicable law, without undue delay.

Children's Privacy

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us through the contact page and we will delete the account and its data promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and material changes will be brought to your attention in the service or by email before they take effect where the law requires it. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Contact

If you have questions about this policy, wish to exercise a privacy right, or want to make a complaint, please reach out through the contact page or the feedback option in the site footer. Quantisophy LLC is the controller of your information and will respond as required by applicable law.
